Sheep Mountain Lodging Cancellation Policy

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please email us before 7 (Seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without charge. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 (seven) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take financial responsibility for your entire reservation. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation.

Sheep Mountain Air Helicopter Tour Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund on tours cancelled 48 hours or more prior to departure date. Bookings cancelled 48 hours or less are non-refundable but may have the option to reschedule for any future date. If you do not show up or are late for your tour without notifying us 24 hours prior to departure you will forfeit any payments. Guests will receive a full refund in the case we need to cancel due to weather or other safety related matter.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
